MATRIX RELAY DIAGRAM

 

Motorized operable systems can be controlled by switch (either singly or in groups) or can be connected to an automatic control system. Depending upon the specific project requirements, a wide range of different control features might be required. These can be provided through the intelligent Matrix relay.

 

The Matrix relay can operate any type of blind system and can be programmed to provide a wide range of control options, as shown in the diagram below:

 

 

 

Specific control functions that are available through the Matrix relay include:

 

·   Group operation by switch

·   Flexibility of control groups – future changes in office layouts do not require re-wiring

·   Automatic control by reference to actual daylight conditions

·   Automatic control by reference to predicted sun position

·   Time clock override

·   Remote access via RS232 or 485 ports

·   Communication by bus line technology

·   PC interface

·   Offsite re-configuration

·   Infrared remote control

·   Interface with proprietary touch screen control systems

·   Pre-programmable multiple stop positions/louver angles

·   Intelligent switch interface

·   Integration with the building management system
