Characteristics

  • Box shaped panels with 30mm wide open joints that enhance the linear appearance
  • Panels can be supplied in any length up to 6000 mm (as standard)


  • Panels and carriers are available as standard in steel and aluminium which are both fully recyclable
  • Steel carriers and steel panels are purpose designed for sporthall applications
  • Aluminium carriers combined with aluminium panels can also be used either for exterior applications or swimming pools
  • Fixing clips fitted on the carriers between the panels provide secure locking of the panels



  • Optimal acoustic control by using PE-wrapped acoustic pads laid between the carriers on top of the panels
  • Easily demountable panels and fixing clips allowing full access to services and equipment in plenum
  • Base Material: Luxalon® 70U panels are rollformed from 0.8 mm thick prepainted stove enamelled aluminium strip or from 0.8 mm thick prepainted stove enamelled galvanised steel strip
  • Coating: the tough and durable 2-layered polyester finish in a nominal thickness of approximately 20 microns, is stove enamelled in a continuous coil-coating process ensuring uniform coating thickness and absolute adhesion. The aluminium panels are also available with Luxacote® finish

Fire behaviour

Luxalon® metal suspended ceilings re classified incombustible and will therefore not contribute to possible fires. When ceilings however need to protect the structural integrity of the building, Luxalon® ceilings offer a range of practical and tested solutions with regards to fire stability.
